This year’s KAROMATA FESTIVAL, with the theme “Karomata sa Kagahapon ug Kaugmaon: Trinidad Moving Forward in Unity,” concluded with great success. Despite the challenges brought by the election campaign season, which coincided with the festivities, the community remained steadfast in its faith in God and in the patron saint, St. Isidore Labrador. The town of Trinidad stood strong and united, pushing through the distractions and fulfilling its promise of celebration and tradition.

The KAROMATA Festival and the town fiesta were joyfully celebrated, proving that even amidst political and logistical challenges, the spirit of unity and devotion can triumph. The overall outcome was still a resounding success. This was made possible through the collective efforts, cooperation, and unwavering dedication of the local government, organizers, performers, volunteers, and the people of Trinidad. Their shared commitment ensured that the essence of the festival—honoring heritage while looking toward the future—was fully realized.
